We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled Learner Recruitment Executive - Internal only. The information below provides more detail about the role.

Duties:
- Ensure that the college brand, and sub brands, and values are promoted consistently both internally and externally.
- Develop new commercial partnerships for the purpose of income generation. This will involve research, engagement and nurturing relationships, and closing business agreements.
- Ensure that all schools liaison activity is focused on maximising the College's position when compared with Solent and South Hampshire post-16 providers.
- Manage existing employer relationships, to cross sell and support all areas of the college.
- This will also include leveraging repeat business and looking for new opportunities.
- Generate sales leads through consultative business engagement for the college Business to Business activities.
- Manage the implementation of the College's application and interview procedure for all potential learners.
- To be responsible for all aspects of the learner journey for part time SHCG Online Learning service users, liaising with other college departments as required.
- To provide a full range of clerical and administrative support services to all structures within the Eastleigh online department, and Learner Records
Skills/Experience:
- A creative and innovative approach that combines sales and customer service methods and techniques with a strong understanding of the human emotions of college customers and stakeholders
- Working successfully with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Adjust approach, actions and / or style in response to changes in your internal and external environments. Successfully manages change and changing circumstances, comfortable with the 'uncomfortable' or ambiguous.
- Identifying the needs of internal and external customers and works to exceed the customers' expectations by delivering a high standard of service or solution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Ideal Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and influence a diverse range of people
- The ability to work with a high level of autonomy, including the ability to simultaneously work on a high volume of priorities
- The ability to manage time and resources to create the right climate in which college and personal objectives are reached.
