About the Role

Ensure vehicles are roadworthy by conducting daily and weekly checks.
Support individuals with and without mobility equipment in and out of vehicles, using tail-lifts and ramps where necessary.
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathroom support, mobility aids, and dietary needs (training provided).
Participate in activities with the people we support, both on and off site.
Perform manual handling tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Driver only roles will focus on transport and vehicle safety responsibilities without the additional care duties.
