JoinSodexo and play a vital role in maintaining safe, clean, and well-presentedindustrial facilities. We’re looking for a dependable and hardworkingIndustrial Janitor to support our operations in Irvine. In this role, you’llhelp ensure that work areas and communal spaces are kept to the higheststandards of cleanliness, creating a safe and welcoming environment foreveryone on site.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out cleaning across different areas of the factory, including the use of industrial cleaning machines
- Work safely in a hot environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Perform cleaning tasks at height, including open tread staircases
- Support operations with the use of forklifts (full training provided on site)
- Follow all instructions from managers and supervisors, completing any additional duties as required
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in industrial cleaningorthe enthusiasm and willingness to learn (full training provided)
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and machinery – an advantage but not required
- Strong commitment to health & safety procedures and safe working practices
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
