About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team, providing first-class support across a 9-floor commercial site in Canary Wharf. Working as part of a 2-man team, you’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth running of landlord services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical and mechanical building services
- Support landlord duties across the 9-floor site
- Respond to call-outs on a 1-in-2 rota (standby allowance provided)
- Work closely with your teammate to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Identify, report and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
Shift Pattern:
- 7am – 4pm
- 9am – 6pm
(Rotating shift basis)
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (18th Edition or equivalent)
- Experience in commercial building services environment
- Strong knowledge of both electrical and basic mechanical systems
- Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team
