Are you outgoing and friendly? Can confidently build rapport with customers and colleagues? As a Host with ISS UK you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients. The Role
- Create a positive experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
- Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your guests queries about site and operations
- Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities
- Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues
- Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
- Emanate a positive energy during tours being an advocate the business by sharing your knowledge of the site’s workspaces, facilities and general culture
About You
- You have fantastic customer service skills and you’re ready to take it to the next level
- You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
- You’re a team player but can confidently work independently
- You consider others and have the drive to help wherever you can
- Have experience working with relevant systems (e.g., MS Office)
