We are seeking someone who is: Compassionate, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. Able to work both independently and as part of a team, showing flexibility and resilience. Skilled in communication, able to listen to and support patients and carers with sensitivity. Organised, able to prioritise workload and manage tasks without direct supervision. IT-confident, with an understanding of maintaining accurate records. Essential requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Previous experience in health or social care. A current driving licence and access to a car. Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Previous experience in community nursing. Competencies in venepuncture, blood glucose monitoring, catheter and stoma care, and wound care.
