What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
• Have previous experience working with or caring for children with SEN
• Have good numeracy and literacy skills
• Be willing to participate in development and training opportunities
• Be able to relate well to children and adults
• Have lots of energy
• Have a positive attitude and be prepared to be challenged.
• Work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
