We are currently seeking Class 1 Day Drivers for our client based in the Sittingbourne and Medway Areas!
A minimum of 3 months Class 1 Driving experience required
About this Role:
Pay Rate: £18.25 per hour
You are Guaranteed 8 hours pay per day
- 1 delivery and a possible collection on the way back from delivery.
- Shift Pattern Monday to Friday
- For this role you will arrive at the depot and complete your vehicle checks and paperwork & get your delivery details for the day.
- The Vehicle will already be pre-loaded for you.
- There is NO Handball involved in this role , you will just need to know how to check the strapping of the loads and open the curtains of the HGV.
- You will be delivering to Builders Merchants around Swindon, Oxford and Northampton areas.
- This is an ongoing role with the Opportunity of Temp to Perm.
- Start Times vary from 4am/5am
- You will be working on average a 8 to 10 hour shift

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following:
UK Driving Licence (No more than 6 points) with relevant HGV category
Positive attitude
Reliability
Valid Digi Card
Valid CPC
High level of communication
Keen eye to detail
