About the Client:
The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) support a thriving farming and food sector, supporting agricultural and rural communities to deliver great environmental outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Journey Administrator in the RPA's Customer Experience team, you will help us understand how customers interact with our services. Your main role will be to map and review customer journeys to make sure our services meet the customer's needs. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Creating clear, detailed customer journey maps
  • Translating customer data and insights into actionable improvements for customers.
  • Applying consistent methodologies to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve customer experiences
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on progress and opportunities

About You:

  • Confident, positive, and motivated to deliver excellent customer service
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and understand IT
  • Strong communicator who can work independently and with teams
  • Experience in journey mapping, process mapping, or research is desirable but not essential
