Logistics Process Manager - SAP HANA (Warehouse Management)

Up to £850/day (via Umbrella)

Join a global leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector as a Logistics Process Manager, supporting the implementation and optimisation of SAP HANA within the Commercial Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) function.

This is a high-impact role driving process excellence across global warehouse operations as part of a major ERP Evolution (SAP HANA) transformation. You will work closely with the Global Process Owner (GPO) and key stakeholders to define, document, and continuously improve business processes within Warehouse Management (WM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the GPO in defining the process vision and roadmap for Commercial W&D
  • Drive process standardisation, compliance, and continuous improvement across sites
  • Ensure SAP HANA system design aligns with business needs and global process standards
  • Manage and evaluate template change requests in collaboration with Product Owners
  • Lead process documentation including GSOPs, BPSDs, system instructions, and training materials
  • Support system testing, cutover, and go-live activities during ERP rollout
  • Monitor adoption, compliance, and end-user experience to identify improvement areas
  • Actively engage with the 'Community of Practice' and gather 'Voice of the Customer'

About You:

  • Strong subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • Proven track record in process improvement and process design (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with business change management and transformation programs
  • Understanding of in-market distribution / commercial business flows
  • Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Consumer Goods experience highly desirable
