Crynodeb
The Trust is one of six nationally designated centres for the treatment of PH in England & Wales. The current service provides specialist investigation and targeted therapy for a wide range of patients with pulmonary vascular disease. The referral base for the service is continuing to grow and the units clinical and academic profile in PH is well-recognised nationally and internationally. The unit has been actively engaging with other institutions to develop a regional PH network. The basis of this network is shared care clinics and cross-centre multi-disciplinary meetings.
