Kitchen Supervisor/Chef Part time, 27.5 hours per weekTerm time, 36 weeks per annum£14,715 per annum (£24,748 pro rata)Burton on Trent, Town Centre CampusWho are we looking for?Burton and South Derbyshire College are seeking to appoint a Chef/Cook who will help & support the day to day commercial running of the food outlet at its main campus.Working as part of a team your main responsibilities will be: To prepare & cook breakfast & lunch within time constraints Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and general storage To ensure deliveries are stored correctly in a timely mannerTo comply with policies in respect of health, safety and environmental management at work, and to ensure the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygieneHelp & support the smooth running of the commercial food hub at Burton South Derbyshire College Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths.
