Rents and Service Charges Analyst (£41,745 per annum, full-time, hybrid)Job RoleWe are seeking a methodical and knowledgeable analyst to join our team and help ensure our approach to rents and service charges are compliant, transparent and fair.As one of our in-house experts, you will use your working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and best-practices to provide clear, accurate and timely information to tenants and colleagues. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
