We are a high-end CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY seeking an experienced TEL CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a premium, welcoming experience while managing day-to-day reception and admin duties.
What you’ll do:
Greet patients and manage check-ins/appointments
Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
Support the Treatment Coordinator and Practice Manager
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Keep reception calm, professional, and organised
What we’re looking for:
Previous reception experience is essential (private preferred)
Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate towards patients
IT literate (skills software knowledge a plus)
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm
Pay: £16.85 per hour
