Key Responsibilities

- Maintain safe medication practices (including MAR audits and spot checks).
- Workforce planning: recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, and on-call participation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals (LA, ICS, community teams).

- Promote a positive, inclusive culture that lives our values every day.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in domiciliary/home care (Senior Coordinator/Deputy/Registered Manager level).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or working towards).
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS, and best-practice care.
- Excellent people skills, calm under pressure, highly organised and solutions-focused.
- Strong IT literacy (care planning/rostering systems, MS Office).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
