Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Assist in the coordination and execution of projects and initiatives.
Monitor and maintain databases and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for senior management.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in business support, administration, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and support activities.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.46
