Job Description:
Boski Ltd, a wholesale and distribution company specialising in textiles, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our online sales channels. The role will involve coordinating listings, monitoring sales performance, managing order flows between platforms and the warehouse, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to optimise product listings and promotions.
Monitor order flows, liaising with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
Track sales, generate performance reports, and provide insights on KPIs (conversion rates, sales growth, returns).
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and service standards.
Work closely with management to align e-commerce strategy with business goals.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management.
Strong understanding of platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, warehouse, customer service).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret sales and performance reports.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
