Job Description:
Boski Ltd, a wholesale textiles and distribution business, is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations. The role will involve supervising stock handling, coordinating the pick and pack process, and ensuring that customer orders are processed and shipped on time. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient warehouse operation to support our growing wholesale and e-commerce business.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Oversee and coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping process to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Monitor stock levels, organise storage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure that all health and safety standards are met.
Liaise with couriers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in order fulfilment.
Report regularly on warehouse performance and order fulfilment rates.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage staff, schedules, and workloads effectively.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, stock control, and order fulfilment systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
