Cley Gynaecology ward is a varied and fast paced ward here at the NNUH. We are a friendly and passionate team providing dedicated high standards of care within the surgical and emergency pathway setting.
You will be responsible for promoting and implementing high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare. All staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
To work with all members of the Ward/Department clinical team within the multi-disciplinary framework. Maintain a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse.
To work in accordance with the principles laid down by Trust Policies.
To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.
