Crynodeb
Supporting the Resuscitation Team Manager in the planning, organising, implementing and delivering Resuscitation Services for both staff and patients. In collaboration with the Resuscitation Team Manager, deliver the Resuscitation and Clinical Simulation Services for both staff and patients (Acute and Community Services) within the locality. To work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery. Meeting Organisational and National Policies and N.M.C. /H.C.P.C. Code of Practice, professional standards and guidance. Supporting the Resuscitation Team Manager in balancing the budget for Resuscitation and Clinical Simulation Service (where appropriate), whilst maintaining quality and safety of training and delivering financial governance. Support the process for managing concerns/complaints within the locality for Resuscitation and Clinical Skills.
