As we continue to grow, we are seeking an outstanding and inspirational Head of Mathematics (Kimberley College) to lead and develop our high-performing Maths department.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated mathematics educator with a proven track record of excellent classroom teaching and leadership. As Head of Mathematics, you will:

Lead, manage, and inspire a team of enthusiastic Maths teachers.

Drive curriculum development to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

Analyse and improve student performance through effective use of data.

Foster a positive and ambitious learning environment where every student can achieve their full potential.

Contribute to whole-college initiatives as part of the academic leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and innovative Maths specialist who can bring vision and strategic direction to the department.
