The Growth Company (GC) is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide expert guidance to our People Managers across our diverse business units on complex employee relations matters. As a Senior HR Advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the wider management team to design and deliver strategic HR interventions aligned with business goals and our overarching HR strategy.
Please note this role is a 15 month fixed term contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a tailored HR service to designated business areas, supporting bespoke people plans and strategic HR initiatives.
Lead and implement bespoke HR projects that align with organisational objectives.
Analyse HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend targeted interventions.
Support organisational development, enabling managers to navigate people management and employee relations effectively.
Mentor and guide HR Advisors to help them reach their full potential.
Build strong relationships with managers at all levels, offering timely and effective HR solutions.
Lead and support business change projects in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
Provide coaching and training to line managers, both individually and in group settings, on performance management, capability, conflict resolution, and absence management.
Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as needed.

Highly organised with strong planning and administrative skills.
Solution-focused and able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Professional and confident, demonstrating tact and diplomacy at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
CIPD qualified (Chartered or Graduate membership) or working towards.
Minimum of three years’ recent experience as a Senior HR Advisor with broad generalist exposure.
Proven experience in leading Organisational Development and/or business change initiatives.
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
