About the Role | ASD Teaching Assistant

As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children in the resource base, providing one-to-one support and tailored interventions to help them thrive in their educational journey. You will be instrumental in helping children build social, emotional, and academic skills in a nurturing and structured environment.

Responsibilities | ASD Teaching Assistant:
- Provide personalised support to children with ASD, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop key life skills.
- Support teachers in creating an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and independence.
- Monitor progress and assist with assessments to track individual development.
- Promote positive behaviour and social skills through structured activities and interventions.
- Work closely with parents and professionals to ensure the child's needs are met.
