About the Role
We are seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers. You will provide essential support to adults in the community, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
Your role will include:
Supporting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with access to community activities and appointments.
Promoting independence and wellbeing at all times.
What We’re Looking For
A kind, patient, and compassionate nature.
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in care is an advantage, but not essential – full training is provided.
Must be a driver with access to a car (preferred, depending on location).
