Neway are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join the Fleet and Transport Maintenance Team based with Carmarthenshire County Council.
Location: Trostre Depot, Llanelli
Client: Carmarthenshire County Council
️ Duration: 6th October 2025 – 4th January 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (37 hours/week)
Pay: £12.84 PAYE / £16.61 Umbrella
Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Assistant to join the Fleet and Transport Maintenance team at Trostre Depot. This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Fleet and Transport Maintenance team
Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling and documentation
Use Microsoft Office packages confidently to manage communications and data
Requirements:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate availability preferred
