Quarters Brighton is a new live music & club venue on the seafront. We’re looking for vibrant, outgoing Venue Assistants to support show preparations and keep operations running smoothly across departments.
What you’ll do
Show set-up & reset: rooms, furniture, signage, barriers/queuing, wristbands/lanyards
Guest lists & entry support: check-in, ticket scans assistance, wristbanding, VIP list management
Cross-department support: bars/FOH runners, artist hospitality runs, basic tech/production assistance under supervision
Posters & signage: distribute/display venue posters and wayfinding; basic noticeboard upkeep
General administration: spreadsheets, incident/stock/LP logs, printing, laminate passes, radio issue/bout you
Positive, people-centred and calm under pressure; great communicator
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working late nights/early mornings and most weekends
Happy to switch between front-of-house and back-of-house tasks
Basic confidence with email and Excel/Google Sheets
Physically able to move light equipment and do short poster runs (manual-handling training provided)
Right to work in the UK (evidence required)
