We are a small family-run business, based in Denbigh, dedicated to the care of adults aged 25 years and over in the Denbigh area. We make a difference by providing a personal, professional, reliable, confidential and caring service
We are currently recruiting devoted Care Practitioners to provide an immaculate care service to our individuals in their own homes, who have various needs, mental and physical.
Duties include:-
- Following procedures relating to handling services users.
- Following the care plan of each service user.
- Identifying and meeting the needs of our customers
- Putting clients to bed at nighttime and getting them out of bed in the morning
- Assisting with shower calls
- Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for clients
- Some sitting service calls
- Administering medication.
Preferred: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards.
Full training provided.
Own transport is required - candidates eligible to Travel & Mileage payments.
Welsh speaking is desirable but not necessary.
