Your Key Responsibilities:
As an ADHD Triage Clinician, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, responsible for:
Screening: Reviewing, collating, and interpreting information to advance the patient journey.
Triage: Conducting remote consultations, obtaining a history to determine referral urgency and priority.
Patient support: Advising patients on ADHD, the referral process, and signposting to appropriate support.
Collaboration: Liaising with external organisations to ensure safe patient care. Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical supervision, and the duty clinical function.
Quality: Contributing to service quality development and improvement.
