We are looking for kind, reliable and caring individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant in East Riding. If you’re ready to support your local community and make a real difference in the lives of the people we care for, we’d love to hear from you!
In this role as Care Assistant, you will:
Provide compassionate support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care—always with dignity and respect.
Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone’s day.
