Path is seeking a dedicated Rough Sleeping Outreach Worker to join our committed team in Plymouth.
You’ll work directly with individuals sleeping rough, offering advice, support and practical interventions to help them move off the streets and into safe accommodation. This is a hands-on role involving early morning outreach, collaboration with local partners, and short- and long-term client support.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, problem-solving approach, with a commitment to social inclusion. If that sounds like you, apply now to join our team! Applicants must hold a full driving license with access to their own vehicle.
