Job Title: Care Coordinator
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum
Location: NESI HQ – Brenton Business Complex, Bury
About the Role
We’re seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This pivotal role ensures that staffing support for our clients is delivered efficiently, to the highest standards, and in line with quality KPIs. You’ll take the lead in building strong operational rotas, collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to guarantee exceptional service delivery every time.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with Area Managers, the Business Development Manager, Recruitment and Payroll teams, and both internal and client-facing care teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of staffing services for clients
Develop consistent, well-structured rotas in advance, ensuring sufficient cover
Act as the central liaison with client stakeholders to deliver responsive and efficient staffing solutions
Manage rotas during emergencies and support service continuity under pressure
Drive continuous improvements and support the development of digital scheduling systems
Supervise and support designated care staff, providing regular feedback and recording performance
Participate in the on-call rota (evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
Maintain accurate scheduling and booking data across electronic and paper systems
Respond promptly to queries and resolve any rota-related concerns from staff or clients
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, CQC standards, and legal regulations
Work with the recruitment team to identify and fulfil resourcing needs
Develop strong client relationships and support ongoing satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys
Lead and deliver service transition projects and adapt plans to reflect operational changes
Support other areas of the business when required
Line manage scheduling team members as the department grows
Embody and promote the company’s values and ethos in all aspects of the role
What We’re Looking For
A confident and organised individual with a knack for problem-solving and communication. You’ll have experience managing schedules or rotas, ideally within a care or staffing environment, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-centred role.
Ideal you will possess a Full Clean UK Driving Licence and have access to your own car as you will need to be able to drive to another office in Swinton for some meetings with partner clients.
