Ensure compliance with internal procedures, CQC standards, and legal regulations

Work with the recruitment team to identify and fulfil resourcing needs

Develop strong client relationships and support ongoing satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys

Lead and deliver service transition projects and adapt plans to reflect operational changes

Support other areas of the business when required

Line manage scheduling team members as the department grows

Embody and promote the company’s values and ethos in all aspects of the role
