We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate male support staff to join our growing team, providing high-quality support to a male client with mental health needs in the Sheffield area.
About the Role:
You will play a key part in assisting our client with day-to-day activities, emotional support, and encouraging independence, all while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the client with their mental health and wellbeing
Promoting daily living skills and independence
Assisting with activities at home
Providing companionship and consistent emotional support
Working as part of a small, dedicated team
About You:
Male applicants only
Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges is essential
Reliable, patient, and empathetic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
