Mobile SMART Repairer required for our Client’s busy SMART repair company located in Worcester.
Working as a SMART Repairer for our Client you can expect a salary of £35000 basic with an OTE of circa £45000 with the working hours of Monday To Friday Working Hours.
Benefits:
- Up to £35,000 starting basic salary.
- Performance-based bonus – OTE upwards of £45,000 per annum.

- Monday to Friday work schedule – No weekends!
- Uniform, mobile phone, and payment machine supplied.
- Regular training at an IMI-certified training centre, with the opportunity to gain ATA accreditation in SMART repair.
Duties:
- Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
- Carrying out Smart Repairs
- Following safety procedures
- Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
- Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.
Requirements:
- You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
- You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
- The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
- ATA qualification is desirable
