About Us:
We are a well-established, family-run business with over 10 years of experience delivering high-quality ear care services within the private healthcare sector. Our reputation for excellence is reflected in the trust placed in us by GPs, nurses, and consultants, who regularly refer patients to our clinics.
At the heart of our business are our staff and clients — we go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and cared for. If you’re looking to join a warm, professional, and team-focused environment, this may be the role for you.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage patients with hearing, fit hearing aids, and provide ongoing follow-up care. You will combine clinical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver exceptional patient care. You will also be required to perform Microsuction and manual (instrumentation) wax removal, for which you will be fully trained in house by our NHS approved, CQC registered trainer.
This position is ideal for newly qualified professionals or experienced audiologists from larger organisations who are looking for a smaller, welcoming team where patient care always comes first.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostics.
• Recommend, fit, and programme hearing aids according to patient needs.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up care for hearing aid users.
• Wax removal using Microsuction or instrumentation (training provided)
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Advise patients on hearing health, communication strategies, and available support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and refer patients to specialists as appropriate.
• Keep up to date with new technologies, research, and best practices in audiology.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements:
• Qualification as a Registered Audiologist and/or Hearing Aid Dispenser (HCPC registration or equivalent).
• Confident in audiology and hearing aid dispensing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Adaptable, flexible with a can-do attitude

Desirable:
• Knowledge of paediatric audiology
• Comfortable and confident with tech
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with clinic management software (e.g., Cliniko).
