I am a 74-year-old woman who lives at home, in Blyth with my husband. I am very family orientated and enjoy spending time with my extended family. I am independent and manage at home with the support of my husband however, due to my COPD and use of oxygen at home I require somebody to visit me each morning and again at lunch time to ensure I am managing at home and to support me to prepare meals and drinks. I would prefer:

• A female care assistant
• With a chatty, happy and family orientated persona
• Somebody who is prompt and reliable
• Somebody local who can keep me up to date with the gossip

If you are fit, full of life and looking for a part-time role in the Blyth area I would love to hear from you. Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday Only
• 9am for 30 minutes
• 12pm for 30 minutes
• Flexibility of hours is possible for the right applicant

Annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks pro rata paid holiday per yearThe successful applicant will require an enhanced disclosure and barring certificate, and the cost will be met by the employer. Training will be on-the-job and via an online learning together platform as appropriate. The successful applicant will also have access to the local authority training platform to access ongoing professional development.
