We're partnering with a prestigious professional services firm to recruit a strategic andcommercially astute Senior HR Business Partner. This is a high-impact roleleading the people agenda for a key client group, working closely with seniorstakeholders to drive performance, engagement, and organisationaleffectiveness.
Embedded within adynamic, client-facing practice group, this role offers the opportunity toinfluence leadership decisions and shape a people strategy that supportsgrowth, talent development, and cultural transformation. The People team iscurrently undergoing a transformation to elevate its strategic offering anddeliver excellence across the business - making this a pivotal time to join.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a people strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and senior leaders.
- Lead on talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Drive cultural and organisational change initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, reward cycles, and HR operations.
- Manage and mentor a small HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive HR generalist experience at a senior level within a large, global HR function.
- Recent experience (within the last 5 years) in a permanent role within top-tier Insurance, Financial Services, or Professional Services.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate ROI and commercial impact (this must be clearly evidenced on your CV).
Location: London (hybrid working available - 2days a week in the City
Salary: £90,000-£120,000 base + bonus + pension+ excellent benefits
