What skills and experience we're looking for
QTS
expertise and skill in teaching Science to key stage 4 with the ability or experience to teach either Biology, Chemistry or Physics to A level
ability to work in a team.
personal commitment to our ethos of excellence, justice, success and harmony
good communication skills
ability to command the confidence and respect of students, parents, colleagues and governors.
knowledge of current National Curriculum in science.
effective strategies for maintaining and developing high standards of behaviour and attendance.
Knowledge of how to engage and empower young people of all abilities to be enthused by scientific knowledge, and learning about how the world around them changes.
