We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual with the right skill set and ethos to play an important role in enabling this pupil to achieve their full learning potential. WE ARE SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL WHO IS:
• Resilient with an understanding of children’s Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, patient, flexible and caring
• Able to engage and motivate children.
• Able to think creatively and adapt learning to motivate and meet needs
• A team player
• Calm under pressure and smiles.

This role is term time only.
This role supports an individual child with specific funding. We expect the child to remain in school for this and future years but the contract may be terminated at an earlier date with due notice should the needs of the pupil change or attendance cease.
