What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to take on the role of Head’s PA & School Administrator. This is a fast-paced and demanding position that requires someone who can hit the ground running, work with minimal supervision, and manage the differing needs of the role with discretion and professionalism.
The postholder will provide confidential PA support to the Headteacher, including complex diary management and regular contact with numerous senior stakeholders, while also delivering essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to use initiative in a busy and varied environment.
Confidence with Google Suite and other electronic systems is essential, as is the ability to remain flexible and adaptable in response to changing priorities. The successful candidate will bring a positive, “can-do” attitude, demonstrate resilience under pressure, and contribute to the effective day-to-day operations of the school.
The post-holder will also be required to cover the main school Reception from 8-9am and 3-4pm
