We have a number of openings for working as Warehouse Stock Dispatch Checker for our client located in Tickhill, DN11 9HE.

Role of Warehouse Stock Dispatch Checker
Checking & Verification
- Inspect goods against dispatch notes, invoices, or pick lists before they leave the warehouse.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and batch/serial numbers.
- Ensure packaging is correct, secure, and complies with customer or carrier requirements.
Documentation & Records
- Record dispatch details in warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs.
- Ensure all paperwork (delivery notes, labels, manifests) is accurate and complete.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to supervisors.
Quality & Compliance
- Confirm that goods meet quality standards before shipping.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, or regulatory requirements (e.g., food safety, hazardous goods regulations).
Coordination with Teams
- Liaise with warehouse pickers, packers, and loaders to resolve issues quickly.
- Work with transport/logistics teams to ensure timely loading and dispatch.
Physical & Operational Tasks
- Assist in loading vehicles, ensuring items are placed correctly and safely.
- Use scanners, hand-held devices, or paperwork for tracking goods.
- Maintain a clean, organised dispatch area.
Problem Solving
- Investigate and resolve issues with missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Escalate recurring problems to warehouse management for process improvement.
Available Shifts:
- Monday-Friday Rotational, working 1 week on mornings 0600-1400 and another week on afternoons 1400-2200
