Re-marketing Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
Location: Morley, LS27
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview:
The Re-marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the Re-marketing Manager throughout the de-fleet process. This role involves delivering high levels of accuracy and communication through administrative support across all areas. It plays a key part in ensuring the de-fleet process is completed in line with operational guidelines and customer expectations.

The Key Responsibilities of the Re-marketing Administrator:
1. Assist the Re-marketing Manager across all departmental functions
2. Maintain the disposal inbox, Dragon DMS, and Google Sheets
3. Communicate with funders to obtain settlement quotes or arrange vehicle returns
4. Liaise with the accounts department regarding vehicle finance settlements and incoming funds
5. Invoice sold units to relevant parties
6. Coordinate vehicle handovers to collection agents
7. Ensure all necessary paperwork (e.g. service history, V5s) is ready for asset sale
8. Compile trade and vehicle reports for weekly stock takes
9. Deliver class-leading customer service and manage complaints in line with procedures
10. Carry out any other duties relevant to the role as required

The Key Requirements of the Re-marketing Administrator:
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Organised and methodical
* Strong understanding of IT and telephony systems
* Interest in supporting management
* Previous experience in used vehicle administration (desired)
