Brook Street are delighted to be partnering with our client, a leading organisation based in Huntingdon, to recruit a Hardware Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and dynamic team where your skills will directly contribute to ensuring IT equipment is prepared, repaired, and delivered on time across the business.
Key Responsibilities-
Carrying out high-quality repairs on laptops, computers, and mobile phones.

Accurately managing and maintaining inventory.

Liaising with stores and warehouses to source and coordinate parts and accessories.

Delivering swift, effective solutions while upholding excellent service levels.

Proven experience in repairing laptops and computers (essential).

Strong commitment to meeting service levels and quality measures.

Experience with tablets or smartphones would be highly desirable.

A methodical and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
