Our super client, with offices based in Peterborough, is seeking a Finance Office Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. This will be a fully office-based position.
As Finance Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales ledger and purchase ledger, chasing outstanding payments, payroll, producing monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, accruals, prepayments bank reconciliation, financial reporting, VAT and tax returns, liaising with external accountants to support year end accounts preparation, staff supervision, 121’s and performance reviews, recruitment, maintaining hr records, assisting with all other related office duties. You will be the right hand person to the Director & Owner of the business.
To be considered for the role of Finance Office Manager, you will be a minimum of part qualified in AAT / CIMA or ACCA, with relevant accounting experience in producing management accounts, you will have strong Excel and MS Office experience, experience of overseeing a small team where you have been involved in training and development. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a great attention to detail. You will have your own transport and will have a flexible approach to work.
