Practice Nurse
Location:Wigan
Contract type: Permanent, part-time or full-time considered
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join a friendly, supportive GP practice team. The role will involve working closely with GPs, other nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide general nursing care, treatment, and support to patients.

Carry out health screenings, immunisations, vaccinations, and wound management.

Manage and review patients with long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension.

Support the delivery of health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

Assist with cervical cytology, family planning, and travel health services.

Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
