Key responsibilities as Social Media Executive:
  • Develop and lead social media strategy for destination-led restaurant and bar outlets across EMEA
  • Drive digital campaigns for openings, renovations, and brand initiatives, including competitor analysis and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align digital, sales, and revenue strategies.
  • Manage content creation and scheduling across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, showcasing unique dining experiences
  • Oversee Meta and Google Ad campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and monthly reviews
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and creative agencies
  • Monitor trends and innovate with engaging, on-brand content that challenges the norm.
  • Analyse campaign ROI and optimize content using data-driven insights and KPIs.
  • Support internal communications and contribute to marketing meetings, reporting, and goal tracking.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, filming, and attend key events to amplify brand presence.
  • Assist with brand-wide initiatives and Responsible Business Programmes.
About you:
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant/bar industry with a passion for PR and marketing
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, and Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of contemporary graphic design and brand visual identity
  • Passionate about social media, influencers, and current digital trends
  • Skilled in video production
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, formats, and engagement strategies
  • Analytical mindset and collaborative team player
