Can I borrow 30 seconds?
When we speak to people thinking about roles like this, they often tell us they're:
- Frustrated that admin feels thankless, without real purpose.
- Disappointed when they're stuck behind a desk with no connection to impact.
- Unsure how to grow a career where organisation supports something bigger.
I get the impression none of these apply to you? They do? Thought so. Well, I've had my 30 seconds. Give me a minute more and read on…
The roleThis is an admin role - but with purpose. As Administrator, you'll be the first friendly face visitors meet and the organised mind that keeps our Belfast centre safe, compliant and running smoothly. - Support programme teams with uploads, claims and day-to-day administration.
- Ensure safeguarding, GDPR and compliance standards are met.
- Keep the centre safe, secure and well-organised at all times.
The personLet me ask you:
- Do you have experience in administration, reception or centre support roles?
- Can you juggle multiple tasks while staying calm and professional?
- Do you communicate clearly and handle enquiries with confidence?
- Are you motivated to use your organisational skills for real impact?
- Do you already hold, or want to work towards, your SIA qualification?
If you're saying yes, this is built for you.
What's in it for you?
- Salary of £21,000 - £23,500 DOE & Quals.
- Location: Belfast.
- Contract: 35 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Immediate access to wellbeing tools (GP, counselling, Headspace).
- Enhanced healthcare, lifestyle rewards, pension, and salary sacrifice options.
- Structured development through "Your Career, Your Journey."
