· Strong project management and analytical skills, including the ability to scope, design, and deliver technical and non-technical digital projects, while identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with user researchers, product managers, analysts, and delivery teams to drive service improvements through technology.
· Expertise in emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, automation, and web bots, with a track record of implementing these tools to enhance customer and colleague experiences
· Advanced technical and development skills, with experience designing and building complex digital solutions, mentoring others, and developing data dashboards to support performance insights and decision-making.
