We are passionate about fresh ingredients, authentic cooking, and creating an unforgettable dining experience. We’re now looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our food to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Plan and execute menus inspired by authentic Indian street food traditions
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Oversee ordering, stock control, and kitchen budgeting
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations are followed at all times
• Train, motivate, and develop junior staff
• Work closely with management to develop seasonal specials and new ideas
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (street food experience is a plus)
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food, creativity, and innovation
