We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Entertainment Coordinator who can make a real difference to the lives of our Residents. Whether you come from a care background or not, we need someone who has the interpersonal and preparation abilities that will ensure every resident is making the most of every day.
Main aims of the job:
To help in creating a stimulating, visible and interesting activity programme to enhance the quality of life for each resident within the Home.
To organise and co-ordinate meaningful activities for active daily living for each resident individually and in groups
To plan and organise an activities programme that will maintain interest and progression over a period of time
Identify the needs of the collective group and individuals and tailor the activities to suit them.
To plan and organise external outings with appropriate transport
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
